The things we CAN'T help
you with;
We stick to what we are good at and
guarantee it, so there are some things we don't do:
If
you want more than 10 computers fixed at once, you
may need a bigger company to help you.
We
dont do over the phone support as our technicians
are usually busy on site. We are always happy to take
your booking over the phone for a service call.
We
cannot help with cracked laptop screens, or screens
that are faulty.
We
cannot help with spilled liquid into laptop keyboards
or broken laptop keys.
We
cannot help with batteries or power cable issues with
your laptop.
We cannot help with dropped laptops that no longer
start.
* When a laptop screen has been cracked
or a laptop has been dropped and won't start, it is
often cheaper to buy a new laptop. This is why we
do not fix these kinds of problems.
General repairs to Computers not powering up, freezing
or crashing, etc.
